A tasty recipe for Bali Punch made with white rum, coconut rum, lime juice, passion-fruit juice, orangeade and pineapple syrup.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz coconut rum
1 oz lime juice
2 oz passion-fruit juice
2 oz orangeade
1/2 oz pineapple syrup
Method:
Shake rums, juices and syrup and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Add the orangeade, and serve with in-season fruit and straws.
