The Blue Monkey is a sweet cocktails made with 1 part Blue Curacao liqueur, 1 part coconut rum and 1 1/2 parts orange juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 part Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1 part coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 parts orange juice
  • 1/2 part pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Pour in hurricane glass with crushed ice.
  2. Stir or mix gently.

Serve In

Hurricane Glass
