Burgundy Bishop

A bright and citrusy drink built on smooth rum, the Burgundy Bishop blends 1 oz light rum, juice of 1/4 lemons and 1 tsp powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • juice of 1/4 lemons
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • red wine

Instructions

  1. Shake rum, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes.
  2. Fill with red wine and stir.
  3. Decorate with various fruits and serve.
