A tantalizing recipe for Canyon Quake made with Irish cream, brandy, amaretto almond liqueur and light cream.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz Irish cream
3/4 oz brandy
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
2 oz light cream
Method:
Pour the Irish cream, brandy, amaretto and light cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake very well. Strain into a brandy snifter, and serve.
