Zesty and Advanced to prepare, the Citrus Tequila Fizz features 3 oz Milagro® blanco tequila, 3/4 – 1 oz lemon juice and 1/4 – 1/2 oz fresh lime juice.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Milagro® blanco tequila
- 3/4 – 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 – 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- top with club soda to taste
Instructions
- Juice a lemon and a lime half; cut into wedges and add into a cocktail shaker along with the mint leaves and sugar (use superfine sugar or simple syrup if available).
- Muddle ingredients to release oils from the mint leaves.
- Add the tequila, lemon and lime juices and club soda; stir and serve over ice in a highball glass.
