A gratifying recipe for Club Cocktail made with brandy, maraschino liqueur, pineapple juice and Peychaud® bitters.
Ingredients:
2 oz brandy
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes Peychaud® bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a strawberry, and serve.
