Coney Island Baby

Peppermint schnapps and brown creme de cacao might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Coney Island Baby makes it work — bracing from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 oz brown creme de cacao
  • 3 oz soda water

Instructions

  1. Pour the peppermint schnapps and brown creme de cacao into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, slowly fill with soda water, and serve.
