A tantalizing recipe for Coney Island Baby made with peppermint schnapps, brown creme de cacao and soda water.
Ingredients:
2 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz brown creme de cacao
3 oz soda water
Method:
Pour the peppermint schnapps and brown creme de cacao into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, slowly fill with soda water, and serve.
