Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Hep Cat features 3 oz raspberry vodka, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and 1 dash sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
- 3 oz raspberry vodka
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 dash sweet vermouth
- 1 dash Cointreau® orange liqueur
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together over cracked ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
