Irish Whiskey Cocktail

A bittersweet drink anchored by rich whiskey, the Irish Whiskey Cocktail blends 2 oz Irish whiskey, 1/2 tsp triple sec and 1/2 tsp anisette.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 tsp triple sec
  • 1/2 tsp anisette
  • 1/4 tsp maraschino liqueur
  • 1 dash bitters

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish the glass with an olive, and serve.
