Jamaican Banana

Light rum and creme de cacao might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Jamaican Banana makes it work — rich and creamy from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz creme de cacao
  • 1/2 oz creme de bananes
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 sliced banana

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except sliced banana) in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time.
  2. Pour into a large brandy snifter and add sliced banana.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, top with a whole strawberry, and serve.

Serve In
