A bright and citrusy drink built on smooth rum, the Jamaican Cocktail blends 3/4 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz coffee liqueur and 3/4 oz lime juice.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1 dash bitters
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
