A tantalizing recipe for King Alphonse made with Kahlua® coffee liqueur and heavy cream.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 oz heavy cream
Method:
Pour the Kahlua coffee liqueur into a pousse cafe glass. Carefully float the cream on top by pouring over the back of a teaspoon, and serve.
