A yummy recipe for Gardenia made with gin, pineapple juice, double cream and grenadine syrup.
Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz double cream
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Method:
Shake and strain into a saucer. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a sprig of mint, and serve.
