A gratifying recipe for Gin Gin Mule made with lime juice, simple syrup, mint, ginger beer, Bombay Sapphire® gin and soda water.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
6 mint sprigs
3/4 oz ginger beer
1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire® gin
1 splash soda water
Method:
Muddle the lime juice, syrup and mint sprigs at the bottom of a mixing glass. Add gin and ginger beer and shake well. Pour over ice in a highball glass, top with soda and garnish with a wedge of lime.
