Almond Cooler

This indulgent recipe combines 1 1/4 oz dark rum, 2 oz coconut cream and 2 oz orange juice into a Advanced-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz dark rum
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 – 1/3 oz bananas
  • 2 – 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all except ice for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Add the ice cubes and blend for another 10 seconds to break up the ice cubes slightly.
  3. Serve in a Poco Grande or Hurricane glass garnished with a slice of orange and a Marichino cherry.
