Anti-Freeze #2

Hot chocolate spiked with peppermint schnapps and topped with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Essentially a boozy peppermint hot chocolate — the kind of drink you make after shoveling the driveway or coming in from a ski run. The schnapps melts into the cocoa and the mint lingers.

Ingredients

  • 1 package hot chocolate
  • 1 1/4 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 6 oz boiling water
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the hot chocolate mix into a 9 ounce glass mug.
  2. Add the schnapps and boiling water.
  3. Stir Well.
  4. Top with a swirl of whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and a peppermint stick.

Serve In
