A rich and sweet drink featuring botanical gin, the Barrier Reef blends 3 cl gin, 2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 3 cl gin
- 2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together in a blender.
- Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.
