A rich and sweet drink featuring botanical gin, the Barrier Reef blends 3 cl gin, 2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl gin
  • 2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.
