Barrier Reef

A mouthwatering recipe for Barrier Reef made with gin, Cointreau® orange liqueur and vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
3 cl gin
2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Method:
Blend ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.

Serve in:
Champagne Saucer
