Sophisticated and Medium to prepare, the Bijou Cocktail features 3/4 oz sweet vermouth, 3/4 oz gin and 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse®.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 3/4 oz gin
- 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse®
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 cherry
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except the cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Add the cherry on top and serve.
