The Jewel Cocktail does one thing well: botanical with a herbal edge. Made with sweet vermouth, Green Chartreuse®, and gin.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 3/4 oz Green Chartreuse®
- 3/4 oz gin
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 cherry
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top with the cherry and serve.
