Equal parts milk and Coca-Cola, stirred gently. This combination has been around since at least the 1920s and sounds strange but creates a surprisingly pleasant, slightly tangy, cream-soda-like drink. The acid in the cola lightly curdles the milk proteins, giving it a distinctive texture. An acquired taste that many swear by.
