Blimey

The Blimey is a tangy cocktails made with 2 oz Scotch whisky, 1/2 oz lime juice and 1/2 tsp superfine sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp superfine sugar

Instructions

  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve In
