Blue Cloud Cocktail

The Blue Cloud Cocktail works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — mellow flavors and done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 2 oz vanilla ice cream
  • 1 oz whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the amaretto and blue curacao into a blender.
  2. Add vanilla ice cream.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a brandy snifter, and top with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve In
