Blue Knickers

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Blue Knickers features 1 shot vodka, 1 shot Blue Curacao liqueur and 1 shot Galliano® herbal liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot vodka
  • 1 shot Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1 shot Galliano® herbal liqueur
  • pineapple juice
  • 1 dash cream

Instructions

  1. Shake the Vodka, Blue Curacao, Galliano and pineapple juice in a shaker.
  2. Pour into glass and add a layer of cream to the top.
  3. Serve with a straw and an orange wedge.
  4. Drink is to be sipped through the straw.
