A tantalizing recipe for Bonny Doon made with Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth and benedictine herbal liqueur.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
2 tsp benedictine herbal liqueur
Method:
Pour Scotch whisky, vermouth and benedictine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned or rocks glass, and serve.
