Bourbon Sloe Gin Fizz

The Bourbon Sloe Gin Fizz belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 4 ingredients, you get a aromatic and complex drink that punches well above its weight.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 1 oz sloe gin
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • soda water

Instructions

  1. Pour the bourbon whiskey, sloe gin and lemon juice over cracked ice in a chilled collins glass.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Add 3 ice cubes, and fill with soda/sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lemon, and serve.
