Brass Fiddle

Built with peach schnapps, whiskey, and pineapple juice, the Brass Fiddle is a bright and tropical drink that lets each ingredient shine. Best served in a Parfait Glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz peach schnapps
  • 3/4 oz whiskey
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour the peach schnapps, whiskey, pineapple juice and orange juice into a blender.
  2. Add one cup of crushed ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Swirl the grenadine around the edge of a parfait glass.
  5. Add mixture from blender.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
