Ingredients:
2 oz DeKuyper® Buttershots liqueur
2 scoops mint chocolate ice cream
Method:
Combine the DeKuyper Buttershots and mint chocolate-chip ice cream in a blender. Add crushed ice if desired. Blend until smooth. Strain over ice cubes in a collins glass, add a straw, and serve.
