The Calvados Cream is a sweet cocktails made with 2 oz Calvados® brandy, 1/2 oz lemon juice and 1/2 oz egg white.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Calvados® brandy
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz egg white
- 1 oz double cream
- 1 tsp pineapple syrup
Instructions
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
