Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz peach schnapps
- 1 oz Champagne
- 2 scoops rainbow sherbert
- 1 oz cranberry juice
Instructions
- Pour the cranberry juice into a large red wine glass and set aside.
- Combine sherbet, vodka, and peach schnapps in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake until smooth.
- Pour over cranberry juice to product a swirl effect.
- Layer champagne on top.
- Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
