A delectable recipe for Coconut Toastie made with light rum, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and coconuts.
Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 5 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 oz whipped cream
- shredded coconuts
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time.
- Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
