A gratifying recipe for Double Standard Sour made with blended whiskey, gin, lemon juice, superfine sugar and grenadine syrup.
Ingredients:
1 oz blended whiskey
1 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
Method:
Pour the whiskey, gin, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice, and serve.
