A tantalizing recipe for Dubonnet Royal made with Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth, gin, Angostura® bitters, Curacao orange liqueur and pastis liqueur.
Ingredients:
1 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
1/2 oz gin
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
2 dashes Curacao orange liqueur
1 dash pastis liqueur
Method:
Stir the Dubonnet wine, gin, Angostura bitters and curacao into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with a dash of Pastis, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
