Ingredients: 1 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth; 1/2 oz gin; 2 dashes Angostura® bitters; 2 dashes Curacao orange liqueur; 1 dash pastis liqueur

The Dubonnet Royal does one thing well: botanical with a herbal edge. Made with Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth, gin, and es Angostura® bitters.

Ingredients

1 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
1/2 oz gin
2 dashes Angostura® bitters
2 dashes Curacao orange liqueur
1 dash pastis liqueur

Instructions

Stir the Dubonnet wine, gin, Angostura bitters and curacao into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Top with a dash of Pastis, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
