The Dubonnet Royal does one thing well: botanical with a herbal edge. Made with Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth, gin, and es Angostura® bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
- 1/2 oz gin
- 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 2 dashes Curacao orange liqueur
- 1 dash pastis liqueur
Instructions
- Stir the Dubonnet wine, gin, Angostura bitters and curacao into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Top with a dash of Pastis, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
