Dubonnet Royal

The Dubonnet Royal does one thing well: botanical with a herbal edge. Made with Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth, gin, and es Angostura® bitters.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
  • 1/2 oz gin
  • 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
  • 2 dashes Curacao orange liqueur
  • 1 dash pastis liqueur

Instructions

  1. Stir the Dubonnet wine, gin, Angostura bitters and curacao into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Top with a dash of Pastis, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
