The Erictini is a sweet cocktails made with 1 oz Absolut® vodka, 1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur and 2 oz strawberry juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Absolut® vodka
  • 1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
  • 2 oz strawberry juice
  • 1 splash lemon juice
  • 1 oz cream soda
  • 1/2 oz Archers® peach schnapps
  • 1 splash grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Pour a splash of grenadine syrup on top and serve.
