2 1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 tsp fino sherry
1 twist lemon peel

Instructions

In a mixing glas half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin or vodka and the sherry.
Stir well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with the lemon twist.
