Fiorenza

The Fiorenza is a toasty drink that balances dark rum, amaretto almond liqueur, and cola beautifully. Served in a Brandy Snifter, it's the kind of recipe you'll come back to.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 2 oz cola

Instructions

  1. Pour the rum, amaretto and cola into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, strain over ice cubes in a brandy snifter, and serve.
