Fizzy Fuzzy Navel

The Fizzy Fuzzy Navel takes the classic Fuzzy Navel — peach schnapps and orange juice, a quintessential 1980s bar drink — and elevates it with a champagne top. The original Fuzzy Navel was reportedly invented in 1984 by Ray Foley and became one of the decade’s most popular cocktails. Adding champagne transforms it into something more celebratory, the bubbles lifting the peach and citrus flavors and cutting through the sweetness. A brunch favorite that splits the difference between a Mimosa and a Bellini.
