Green Leaves

Peppermint syrup and fresh mint leaves muddled in a glass, then topped with tonic water. The double mint — syrup plus fresh leaves — creates intense cooling refreshment, while the tonic’s quinine bitterness prevents it from being too sweet. A sophisticated non-alcoholic long drink.
