Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Gumdrop Cocktail features 2 oz amarula cream liqueur, 1 oz butterscotch schnapps and 2 oz cream.
Ingredients
- 2 oz amarula cream liqueur
- 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 2 oz cream
- 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur
Instructions
- Pour the amarula cream liqueur, cream and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and pour a dash of blue curacao down two opposite sides of the glass (using a teaspoon).
