A great recipe for Hard Eight made with Haitian dark rum, limes, Peychaud® bitters and ginger beer.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Haitian dark rum
juice of 1/2 limes
2 dashes Peychaud® bitters
fill with ginger beer
Method:
Add rum, lime juice and bitters to an ice-filled collins glass. Fill with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemon spiral.
