A gratifying recipe for Honolulu Cocktail made with gin, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and Angostura® bitters.
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh orange juice
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura® bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
