Hot Mess

Dessert-like and Easy to prepare, the Hot Mess features 1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum, 1/4 oz caramel syrup and 1/4 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
  • 1/4 oz caramel syrup
  • 1/4 oz Goldschlager® cinnamon schnapps

Instructions

  1. Carefully layer ingredients into a shot glass in this order: Goldschlager bottom, Bacardi 151 middle, Caramel top.
  2. For the Caramel, heat in a microwave to the point where its almost liquid.
  3. And add to the shot.
  4. Light the shot on fire, blow out flames and serve.
