Irish Rootbeer

A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Irish Rootbeer blends 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur, 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur and 1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum
  • 1/2 pint Guinness® stout

Instructions

  1. Fill a shot glass half with Kahlua, half with amaretto, and a splash of Bacardi 151 rum.
  2. Drop it into a pint of Guinness, and serve.
