Keep it Up

This sophisticated recipe combines 3 oz Champagne, 1/2 oz cognac and 1 oz orange juice into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 1/2 oz cognac
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 dash Angostura® bitters
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour champagne, cognac and orange juice into a champagne flute.
  2. Add one sugar cube, saturated in angostura bitters, and a twist of orange.
  3. Serve with a muddler.
