There's something satisfying about a well-made Mad Scientist #2. This fruit-forward version uses Midori® melon liqueur, sweet and sour mix, and soda water for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
- 1 splash soda water
- 151 proof rum
Instructions
- Mix melon liqueur, sour mix, and soda water with ice in a shaker.
- Shake and strain into a martini glass.
- Top with rum and carefully ignite.
- Extinguish before serving.
