There's something satisfying about a well-made Madeleine. This sun-soaked version uses Passoa® liqueur, gin, and coconut liqueur for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 2 cl Passoa® liqueur
- 1 cl gin
- 1 cl coconut liqueur
- 12 cl pineapple juice
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with four ice cubes, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
