The Blame It On Rio is the kind of drink that earns its place in your rotation — sun-soaked with a nutty finish.
Ingredients
- 1/4 oz Absolut® vodka
- 1/4 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
- 1/4 oz Malibu® coconut rum
- 1/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/4 oz peach schnapps
- 1/4 oz banana liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- soda water
Instructions
- Pour the vodka, rum, amaretto, peach schnapps, banana liqueur and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes.
- Top with soda water, to taste.
- Squeeze in the juice from a lime wedge and drop the shell into the glass.
- Serve.
