A bittersweet drink featuring botanical gin, the Maurice Chevalier blends 3/4 oz gin, 3/4 oz Noilly Prat® French vermouth and 1 dash orange bitters.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz gin
- 3/4 oz Noilly Prat® French vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 3/4 oz rosso vermouth
- 3/4 oz orange juice
Instructions
- Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
