This indulgent recipe combines 1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum, 1/2 oz peach schnapps and 1/2 oz strawberry schnapps into a Advanced-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
- 1/2 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz strawberry schnapps
- 1/2 oz banana liqueur
- 1/2 – 3/4 oz melon liqueur
- 1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/4 – 1/2 oz pina colada mix
- 1 dash 7-Up® soda
- 1 splash heavy cream
Instructions
- Mix the first ten ingredients (malibu, peach, strawberry, banana, melon, blue, orange juice, pineapple juice, pina mix, 7-up) in a shaker.
- Pour into a hurricane glass, then top with cream.
- Serve with fresh fruit (except lime), and some filberts if desired.
