Moment Brutale

The Moment Brutale does one thing well: botanical with a citrusy edge. Made with sugar, water, and 1 egg.

Ingredients

  • 10 cl sugar
  • 5 cl water
  • 1 egg
  • 2 limes
  • 16 cl gin

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except gin) in a blender.
  2. Strain into seperate cocktail glasses, stir in the gin, and serve.

Serve In
